We are selling a complete, fully operational industrial PVD vacuum coater from the renowned Italian manufacturer KOLZER, model DGK36. The machine was manufactured in 2020 and has worked only about 1000 hours (used mainly as a backup and demonstration machine). The technical and visual condition of the device is perfect (like new).
Key utility information:
- Coating technology: Resistive thermal evaporation — ideal for obtaining a perfect mirror / chrome effect with a high reflection coefficient.
- Vacuum chamber: Stainless steel, vertical, with single loading door. A large chamber with a useful working diameter of approx. 1000 mm allows for optimal batch packaging.
- Application: Ideal for metallisation of reflectors, Christmas ornaments (baubles), grave lanterns, cosmetic packaging, plastic haberdashery, and glass.

The device is installed in our plant in Skoczow, which allows for its verification and commissioning before purchase. We also offer assistance with disassembly and the option to conduct initial training for operators in the field of vacuum process operation.
